Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Avia ("the Application"), an AI-powered interview copilot desktop application and its associated website at aviainterview.com (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Anubhav Garg ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using Avia, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. These Terms apply to all users aged 18 and above.

Description of Service & Educational Purpose

Avia is a desktop application designed for educational purposes and mock interview practice. Key features include:

  • Live transcription of microphone and system audio using Deepgram
  • AI-generated answers based on your resume, job description, and live transcript
  • Screen analysis using AI vision models
  • A stealth overlay invisible to standard screen-sharing applications
  • Coin-based session billing for full interview sessions

Important: Avia is provided as a personal productivity and preparation tool to be used exclusively for mock interviews and self-improvement. We do not encourage, endorse, or recommend the use of Avia during actual job interviews. If you choose to use Avia in any high-stakes or real-world interview scenario, you do so at your own discretion and are solely responsible for any consequences or circumstances that may follow.

Coins, Purchases, and Payments

3.1 Coin System

Avia uses a coin-based system for full interview sessions. Demo sessions are free. For full sessions:

  • 0.5 coins are deducted at session start
  • An additional 0.5 coins are deducted for every 30 minutes of additional session time

3.2 Refund Policy

We offer a refund on coin purchases subject to the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
  • Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] with your registered email and transaction details
  • Coins that have already been consumed (used in sessions) are not eligible for a refund
  • Only unused coins are considered for a refund

Acceptable Use & User Responsibility

You agree to use Avia only for lawful personal purposes. You must not:

  • Use Avia to cheat in academic examinations, professional assessments, or any situation where the use of such tools is explicitly prohibited
  • Use Avia for any purpose other than self-improvement and mock interview preparation
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application
  • Share, resell, or sublicense your Avia account to any third party
  • Attempt to bypass or interfere with any security, billing, or content protection mechanism

By using this software, you acknowledge that its primary purpose is to help you practice and improve your communication skills. You are expected to perform in real-world scenarios based on the skills you have developed through practice, without relying on this software during actual live assessments.
